Dear OMA Families, Friends, and Alumni,
Students like Jack and his classmates succeed in part because of the generosity of Oak Mountain Academy’s family and friends like you. Since tuition does not cover the total cost of an OMA education, the Academy relies on our generous donors who make annual gifts that provide additional support for our students. From supporting state of the art classrooms and student resources to equipment and library resources, donors to the OMA Annual Fund support the school and its mission.
As a student, Jack already recognizes the importance that private gifts have on his education. Jack will soon join the Oak Mountain Academy donor list when he submits his senior class gift. We invite you to further enhance the academic lives of each of our students by making your 2012 gift or pledge to the OMA Annual Fund.
The OMA Annual Fund is the primary school fundraising event of the year. This yearly campaign raises money to help close the gap between tuition revenue and the actual cost of educating the students of Oak Mountain Academy. Contributions to the OMA Annual Fund directly support our students, our faculty, and our programs. Your participation is critical to the success of this effort. It is our hope that you will prayerfully consider a gift to this year’s OMA Annual Fund. Your gift, regardless of the size, makes a difference to our students and the quality of the education we are able to provide.
Our goal this year is to reach 100% parent participation in the OMA Annual Fund. In order to do so we need your gift. We ask each of you to give as much as you can, of course. But primarily, we ask you to participate and help us reach our goal of having every parent at Oak Mountain Academy donate to the OMA Annual Fund. Foundations, corporations and other major donors to the Academy are more likely to give, and give generously, if they know that a high percentage of parents also give to the school.
